This course will prepare students to: - Review and answer practice correspondence - Operate computer systems to accomplish office task - Answer calls, schedule appointments, greet patients and maintain files - Update and maintain patient and other practice-pacific information - Coordinate operation reports such as time and attendee - Class meets every Wednesday from 10:00am - 12:00pm for 7 weeks via zoom. ***This is an online class, students must come in for the National exam on the last day of class*** The registration fee of $100.00 is non-refundable. The remaining $1900.00 is due on the first day of class. We except Cash, Credit, or Debit cards. Personal checks are not accepted. Limited Seating & Registration: We require students to register before the class begins. A deposit of $100.00 is required to reserve a seat in the class. If a student elects not to attend the course the deposit is non-refundable. This fee includes: National Certification Exam through National Healthcare Association (NHA) plus 24/7 access to the online study guide to get you prepared for the National Exam.
